What Is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is an awesome investment in yourself! I'm here to help you break out of your comfort zone, and help you gain the inner confidence you need to take steps toward a life you love. I will help you establish clarity and come up with concrete goals that you will actively strive towards achieving. YOU will take responsibility for your life and realize ultimately YOU are in control of your destiny. I will not solve your problems, but will most definitely guide you into solving them on your own. I will listen, and you will have my 100% confidentiality.

What Is SUP?
Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is a derivative of surfing. A rider stands on their board and uses a paddle to propel themselves through the water. This sport has become largely popular in the last decade because of it's amazing low-impact, full-body workout that people of ALL ages and fitness levels can try. Our session will take place on calm waters of a nearby lake. This non-traditional approach to life coaching, compared to it's counterpart of sitting inside an office, allows you to reap even more benefits from being out in nature and being physically active. All you need to know is how to swim and have an open mind to trying something new and outside your comfort zone.
*Disclaimer: If stand up paddle boarding is not your thing, then we can walk & talk instead and you will still reap the same benefits of being physically active and out in nature!

What'SUP is a rad new way to get the same benefits of life coaching plus SO MUCH MORE! Most life coaching sessions are offered inside an office where the coach and client are sitting and talking. At What'SUP, as often as possible, we will be out in nature and on the water. According to Health.Com, "Hanging out in nature makes us happy! It can further ease depression, improve your outlook & your focus, and strengthen your immunity." Also, What'SUP believes in the importance of balancing our 3 part being: mind, body, & spirit. At What'SUP we will practice self discovery of YOUR 3 part being through techniques such as: meditation, visualization, positive self talk, inquiry through journaling and thought provoking literature, physical activity such as yoga and stand up paddle boarding, ETC. Even more, you will also be getting one-on-one guidance and support from a life coach all while experiencing something new and outside your comfort zone. First Session At A Glance
Each session will be personalized to meet individual client needs. No two sessions between the client and myself will ever be the same. This is just a glimpse of what most likely will occur during our first initial session...
*Disclaimer: First session will most likely run a bit longer...more like 1 hr. 15 mins.
-Greeting & introductions (5 mins)
-Intake Information- go over waiver, confidentially, etc. (10 mins)
-Introduction to SUP/enter the water (5 mins)
-SUP (10 mins)
-Anchor & discuss client's vision while on the boards (15 mins)
-SUP back to shore (10 mins)
-Set goals, discuss resources/tools/closure (15 mins)
*Each client will walk away from the first session with...
-a sense of accomplishment for trying something new and outside their comfort zone
-goals and steps towards achieving those goals
-resources & tools to take home to get started
-reassurance knowing they have someone they can trust that is excited to help them reach their goals
What Will You Need?
-An eagerness to try something new and outside your comfort zone
-Need to come to each session 100% committed and honest where you are at in your present life
-Waiver & Release of Liability must be filled out and signed prior to session
-You must be able to swim
-Payment is due prior to session
-Wear comfortable workout clothes that can get wet
-Bring a towel & change of clothes (there will be restrooms available at most locations)
-walking shoes just in case we need to walk & talk instead (you will not wear shoes on the board)
-Life jacket if you want to wear your own, otherwise one will be provided for you
