Our 2 day summer Empower YOUth wellness retreats are meant to empower the children by giving them the confidence to manage stress and take control of their mindset in order to thrive.  Each retreat is centered around a unique theme and includes:  yoga, meditation, standup paddle boarding, hiking, positive self-talk, gratitude, kindness, acceptance, & activities that promote creativity.  These activities are designed to nudge the children outside of their comfort zone to help them grow.  We embrace the power of nature to better one's mind, body, and soul.  Spaces will be limited & the cost for a 2 day retreat is $75.
