Tammy L. Craig is the founder of What'SUP board rental & life coaching, a small business entrepreneur, & is a founder of Empower YOUth Retreats.  She is a certified life coach, kid's yoga instructor, certified SUP yoga instructor, and a moderator for the 56k plus member site, "Meditation Matter."  Tammy is a member of the Medina County & Wadsworth High School Sports Hall of Fame.  She is a two sport state qualifier and a Division 1 State Champion, and has appeared on "Fear Factor" & won "Let's Ask America" just to name a few.  She also is the president/founder of the nonprofit 501(c)(3) Eleven Eleven Giving Love, Inc. (www.elevenelevengivinglove.com) that provides support and resources to those in need locally and world wide.  In addition, she graduated from Kent State University Summa Cum Laude and holds a bachelor of science in Middle Childhood Education and a Master's in Curriculum, Instruction, & Technology.  She has taught for 7 years in the public school system, but has found her real passion lies in teaching life skills necessary to thrive and love the life you lead.  Her most extensive training comes from her own personal life experiences having conquered career changes, relationship endings, and financial adversity.  She has found great success in her new approach and outlook on life, and wants to help others reap the same rewards from this awesome adventure we call "Life."
