2hr Retreat- Date & Time TBD w/ Team Coach/Manager
 

Join certified youth yoga instructors & WHS athletes for this fun, empowering yoga retreat that will cover mental & physical aspects of the game.  The retreat will include:  yoga, visualization, breathing techniques, meditation, positive self-talk, gratitude, a hike, & vision boards.  We will be outside in nature, weather permitting, in Wadsworth.  The retreat can be customized to your individual sport, and activities can be altered and adjusted accordingly.  The cost is $25 per player *(team discount applied with groups of 11 or more)
