What'SUP For Kids
Does your child struggle with confidence & self-esteem issues? Do you want your child to stop spending so much time on electronics and get outside & get active? With the recent rise of childhood obesity, teen suicide, & the drug epidemic, it is imperative that we teach our children how to love themselves from the inside out! At What'SUP, kids will benefit from being out in nature, being physically active, trying something new, get one-on-one guidance, learn techniques to cope with stresses they may encounter, and SO MUCH MORE!
Life Coaching
$50 (approx. 1 hr 15 mins)
Kids will get the opportunity to try something new & outside their comfort zone. They will get one-on-one guidance from certified life coach, Tammy Craig. They will opportunity to make goals and create steps towards achieving those goals. They will benefit from being in nature, being physically active, & learn how to take care of themselves from the inside out. Your child must be able to swim independently to be considered!

SUP With What'SUP
$25 per hour
This is the opportunity for your child to try stand up paddle boarding without the life coaching portion. Your child receive one-on-one guidance from What'SUP. Your child will still benefit from being out in nature, being physically active, & trying something new. Their own board, paddle, & life jacket will be provided. Your child must be able to swim independently to be considered!
Board Rental
$20 per hour
You can rent a stand up paddle board to SUP along side your child. The board holds up to 132 lbs. Your child must be able to swim independently to be considered! Rental includes the board, paddle, & life jacket. Your child will step off the board with more confidence, excitement for trying something new, a digital picture on the board & a What'SUP souvenir!
